I want some kind of big guy to my female team (shadowforge) and this figure could be good.

Do you have any ideas about how could I convert she to look like a player rather than a cheerleader?

I would say replace the pom pom hand with a normal one. Lop off as much of the head/neck in the other one and either put a ball in it, using greenstuff sculpted over whats left, or a gobbo.

It doesn't look like she's a multipart model like the other BB Ogres. Pick up an arm sprue from one of the other Ogre players and use them instead of the ones she comes with. You'll have to cut and pin them but it should look pretty good.

I'd keep the hand holding the squig. Women are apt to grab something to hit with when they're angry.

I'm not Indigo, but, yes, you can order sprues like that.
