I'll have them in stock within 5 weeks. Going to be the first purchase we make.

I know what to save my Christmas bonus for then :)

Do you think you'll be getting any of the support staff or are you still planning to get all the teams up before getting those?

No Puggy is a little disappointing. But then that always means less chance of seeing the little bugger on the pitch in a future tourney...

We could start a mail in request campaign. Anytime you're looking on ebay for an old star, email GW and let them know you're looking for it. Worst case is that they ignore it, but considering their official rules include many unavailable stars....you never know.

Amazing GW pricing policy in the chaos section, just looked at the chaos cheerleaders. Two identical models on offer: one for GBP7.85, the other for GBP4.90.

Go figure.

If you check, one if for a single fig, the other for 3 identical figs.

I'm kinda hoping that GW will start selling blisters of three cheerleaders for the reintroduced models. £15 for three cheerleaders of one race vs £8 for three Amazon/Chaos/Goblin cheerleaders is a bit wacky.

I find the price of individual mini's way to high. £ 5 for a single hobgoblin or any linemen is just too much.

This is why I love to use mini's for bloodbowl that are not GW. There you can get teams at reasonable price.

When you want GW mini's , thank you bbfigs for selling individual mini's at a lower price. I know where I will place my order this Xmas.

Do you think you'll be getting any of the support staff or are you still planning to get all the teams up before getting those?
Few answers to this and some PMs I've received.

1 - Nothing out of stock in BBFigs.com will be in stock in time for you to get it by Christmas .... so if you are Christmas shopping or telling someone your want list ... you'll have to skip BBFigs.com.

2 - BBFigs's plan is to price products for 5% less than GW as well as continue to offer team deals that they don't that match the LRB 5.0 rosters (like having a team deal including a Big Guy). HOWEVER ... I do have to raise the prices at BBFigs.com to afford some of the teams that I'm buying. Lineman should stay cheap ... but some of the positionals will have to increase in price to the GW levels (or even beyond) to get a specific figure. I swear to all of you that this is not price gouging. As was suspected when we started ... we are accumulating a lot of linemen ... so I'm forced to start pricing the figures that do sell to make sure we don't lose money on the whole deal.

So what does this mean .... as I redo the website .... you'll see this for example. Chaos Warriors are a great example. I'll sell a random Chaos Warrior for 5% less than the GW random price ... but if you specifically want to order Chaos Warrior #1 only .. it will be 25% higher than the random price (at least for Chaos Warriors). The random sales is a bear for me. I'm very hesitant to order these as a way of stocking. If I knew that GW was willing to work with me that if I ordered 100 random Chaos Warriors that they would try to give me a pretty even mix ... than I could sell specific figures for 5% under GW's random price. But I could get 75 of Chaos Warrior #1 and 25 of #2 and 0 of #3 and I would not be able to go back to GW and say "hey ... come on ... this isn't fair". I won't get the time of day if I do this. Now on items where the linemen sell well ... like Lizardmen. I should be able to offer specific Saurus for a 5% discount from GW's random price (ie basically what I'm already charging ... so no real price increase). It realy will come down to playing the numbers and being as fair to you guys as I can.

BBFigs.com is still really something we at Impact! put together as a service to the community. The margin we get from GW on the Blood Bowl range is very small. When you then add in the loss factor of having so many linemen that cannot be sold .... it gets worse quick financially. But its not so bad yet that we'd pull the plug so we'll keep going on this.

3 - The current plan is to stock all the teams first and then move to selling support staff and stars. However ... that might change a bit. With several of the stars being re-released at lower prices ... we might just run out and stock up the star players first and then go back to working on teams. The reason I consider this is because A) I'm not sure how permanent the re-selling of these star figures is and B) With them there is no extra risk of having extra figures that we cannot sell. So we could stock these pretty reliably at a set price and then use any profits from those to help establish the rest of the teams.

=====

Its a lot of balls to juggle ... but we are working to do it the best that we can.

http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catal ... rod1560050

is it just randomly one of the three chaos warriors which come with the full team ? Or is it the one the picture is of ?
