First off, it is a damn nice miniature, and I'll probably end up buying it at some point, but I don't think I would ever use it as a Beast of Nurgle. I think it looks more like a chaos ogre or demon-type of thing.
I agree with the above posters that it should not be bipedal, but more of a mutated, bloated, fleshy mess. Either something like the classic slug, or maybe something even weirder and more Lovecraft-ish.

Why not? A Beast of Nurgle can be anything really as it's never been shown in BB before and even if it was a Chaos Spawn legs would be fine. Maybe more than 2 legs would be better but definitely not a slug monster like the cyanide game. Even the newer ones are still "sluggy", even if they do have 2 legs:
