Excellent work which prompts so many questions:

Can you show a close up of that scoreboard and how it went together?

Which figures do you plan to use for fans? I'd love to build myself a stadium but feel it really should be packed with fans and the idea of spending a couple of pounds per fan makes the idea just too pricey. Am I missing an obvious source of cheap supporters?

The colouring on the stands is excellent. Did you use diluted inks to achieve this?

That's one amazing stadium!!

What did you use for the actual pitch?

Wow this is fantastic. I've been back and looked at it again about four times. The turn tracker, scatter template sundial is sweet. Have to echo the fans comments though, it looks super but does have that empty feeling. Any plans for filling those seats?

Thanks guys for the postivie comments. This is the first time I have tried something like this and I am pretty happy with the results.

To answer a few questions.
- colouring of the stands was just plan old dry brushed, used vermon brown, vomitt brown, half/half vomit brown and skull white, and finally skull white.

- scoreboard close up as requested
Image

- pitch, pm galak and he may or may not be able to help out

- fans will come slowly, having stop playing WFB I have a cupboard full of miniatures I could use, just a weapon snip here and there.

Will try and post some more pictures when I am added jungle growth and moss, then it would look so monotonal (sp??)

You used miniatures paint to paint the entire thing? :o

I buy house paint for my boards since I end up using so much of it

Maybe with a few fans/spectators if they are halberdiers(sp?) just cut the blade and make team banners waving about.

Started to add jungle growth to my stadium. Heres and example of one of the score-boards (which magnetic numbers attatched)

Need some advice on adding water effects. Any suggestion on what to use and/or drying times. Want to add "water" to my spawning pools but it must be dry by Saturday (6 days) away.

Fantastic stuff and certainly an inspiration to us all!

I've been mulling over plans for a Reikland Reavers stadium but I figure I should probably finish the team first!

Looking forward to the fully finished article.

For water effects I recommend checking out Woodland Scenics range of clear resin water effect products.

Cheers,

Dante

Looking completely stunning with the greenery as opposed to it being a little uniform before.

I think I may have liked the ad boards to have a little detail around the outside, a chipped away look for instance and some cracks across them as they look a little out of place. Still it does look amazing overall.

As for water, resin seems to produce great effects but I don't know about drying time :/

Agree with everyone else, the greenery has really finished it off and broken up the stone colour. Full marks on the scoreboard. Friend of mine used the Water scenics water for a Warhammer board, but I seem to remember him having to build it up in layers which took quite a while.
