I'm a big fan of apes. Any plans for lesser apes? a siamang or gibbon would be a nice addition (good for 'not-goblins').

So - no armour?

Just minimal football equipment - some pads for the Blockers and pants for the Chimps/Orangs. Brian and I really wanted these to be basically earth's great apes tearing it up on the pitch!

Easier to paint (we hope) and not overly busy. They are just too pretty to cover up with armor!

I actually drew up a Gibbon, as well as others we didn't end up using. Who knows - if this goes well, maybe we can do more! One can never have enough apes in one's life.

Spent tonight playing Kreskin to try and figure out how many grams of pewter would be in each figure from the sketches (that is something I have not tried to do before).

Think I have it all figured out as best I can. I have the reward levels determined as was my piece of this project and sent off to be posted so this project can get started.

Lately Patrick's figures have been great sculpts so I think if the funding works for this project that these will be great looking figures.

Patrick does a lot of work for Reaper Miniatures (just do a search on their site) and Pathfinder, plus Impact! of course. He also sculpted the Greebo Silvania elves.
