I love the dwarves, really top notch, especially that metallic look you have given to their arms..

the hobgoblins are not to my tastes - I can't tell if I like the minis or not in any case, but I really don't think the blue/grey skin colour works at all, sorry mate..

given how good you are at kit-bashing, I would go down the flaggellant body/night goblin head route and then go with a green based skin tone.. would look much better IMHO

with the grass the bases look much better! i would have used a "fall" color static grass instead, but its alot better!

I really like the hobgoblins. They look like what I thought hobgoblins looked like when I was a kid haha! What models are you using? Are these readily available or are you converting? Well played if you're converting, they are looking great.

I'm not Slackjaw, but I can tell you he is using the Greebo 'Volmarian' team, which has everything except the mino, i.e. Bulls, Chaos Dwarfs, and those Hobgoblins. The team is indeed awesome (though personally I do like the old GW ones even more) and the paintjob is doing them great justice!
