Wow, they look really, really good. Nice and crisp, and the color scheme is fantastic, especially the light shade of blue!

Thanks thomazdk! I really like your painting and colors aswell, but myabe not the models, a bit stiff for my taste I'm actually working on a skaven team myself.

Slack, fantastic work on these. If you're looking for a way to disguise the weapon snips you can't go far wrong with sculpting on some basic knuckledusters (especially on Orcs!!) easy to do (even over the top of your existing paintjob) and won't take too long either.
Look forward to seeing the team all finished (and don't forget a gobbo or two to add that one turn touchdown desperation play to your existing tactical choices)

Last three Blorcs. Not all that happy, unfortunatley, since everyone has the right arm up in the air.. looks silly, but I don't know what to do about it really :/ Will have to look into that, eventually.

Thrower, with ball. Made from GS, but it's kinda plain looking.
Tried a pattern on his belly, might do that on the rest aswell, on shoulderpads and such, ideas on this? Good or bad?

I do have a shitload of new arms, torsos and heads coming in, so I might change around a few linos heads and such, to get some more variety.. we'll see

I love the Blitzers, they make me want to smash my own converted ones and try again. However, I don't like the BOBs. They aren't big enough compared to the Blitzers, and the poses don't do it for me. Also, I'd either re-sculpt the ball, or replace it with an actual one from somewhere. Linemen are cool.

While I do think their size is about right, I agreee on the poses. No idea how to solve that problem though.

I like the fact your bases match you're b&w polka-dot pitch.

Not sure why, but the white looks "unfinished" - I'm no painter, so I won't suggest any changes, but it looks liked unpainted primed areas.
That said, a very nice team.

Hey, thanks again guys.

Since my team is done (exept bases and a gobbo) I started on my Coach.
A bit different bits here and there, and still missing some, including a whip + I need to sculpt his finger and trim it to size.
Hoping to start the painting some time today.


An experienced ex-player turned coach knows you're always supposed to wear your helmet and shoulderpad, you never know...

UPDATED with a sculpted finger, knuckle and fingernail. Might be a bit long, but his arms and hands are quite massive so I think it works.

@ Brage97: I hear ya, and I agree, there are some problematic areas with the fists, I'm aweare of that, but I don't really know how to fix it. I've seen people carve a hole in the hand, but what I've seen looks rubbish, so I'm not sure how to do it "properly" tbh.. :/

The way I get around this is to paint the whole hand really dark, then as I add highlight, I leave the theoretical creases behind.
