A forum for football mini's talk.......painting, converting etc. etc. or showing off great accessories that make playing the game easier, cooler or more fun.
yeah that helps alot. i've always painted a dark base then a medium then my highlight. this usualy gives my minis quite a dark look. think i'll try your approach on the bunnies i was just about to start how watered do you make your glaze??
Excellent... I love seeing pictures of other peoples work.
The glaze should be around 3 to 4 parts water to paint. When you glaze you should barely have any mix left on the brush. You have to experiement a bit to where it works for how you paint but after seeing what you have done so far I know you'll have it mastered in a short time.

thanks fen have to say the witches were a dream to paint. i only painted this team to get me back into the swing of painting again, never realy expected to finish them as they suffer from 'morlyitis' (gary morly sculpted them so there feet are F****** huge!!) but loved painting the team and ended up taking them to the bbo5!
thanks all for the comments, the team was a dream to paint. my fave fig is the witch inviting you over with the knuckle dusters behind her back! (nice girl ) i think her face just came out perfect (infact i havent been able to replicate it ) thanks again and i'll prob get round to putting my other teams up here for you all to see soon
