Well I have beaten him a couple of times, but unfortunately if I had to write an 'Anti-McDeth' strategies book it would only consist of 3 steps:
1) Be on form, confident and never think of defeat
2) Make sure you have been playing alot of BB in the run up to the game, he is always playing (mostly by PbeM) so he is always 'on form'
3) If you really, really want victory, play dirty
Now the playing dirty tactics book is something I rarely, rarely use as it is, by definition, not the most honest, honourable way to play. I much prefer beating my opponents fairly and therefore I will not sully our website with such things.....
I will, however, be adding the latest WMBBL newsletter on Saturday or Sunday so if anyone is interested then they can go to the site
http://www.freewebs.com/wmbbl/index.htm and click on 'Newsletters' to see the current (and past) journals of our league

Unless I'm being blind, I can see how the points are worked out.
Also, the "framing" (is that the correct terminology?) makes the rosters hard to read, as they're a bit squashed.

Yeah I know, bit annoying that. I copied the HTML directly from the team roster creator that we use to track the teams progress. Bit of an ass, but readable....

Sorry, I meant that unless I was being blind (not difficult!), I can't see how the points are worked out for the league positions table. For example, why do the lobas have 84 points after 5 games, and the Rednecks none after 7?

Oh right.
Our league uses the following formula to calculate your league points:
((GameWon/Games Played)*100)+(Touchdowns scored-Touchdowns socred against you)+(Causalties/5)
number of games won divided by games played, multiplied 100. Add 1point per goal difference either way, add 1point for every 5 casualties scored.
This means that you don't start scoring any points until you have won a game. The Rednecks have had a couple of ties and some loss's but no actual wins so they still have 0 league points.

The Lobba's won 4 out of five of their games, and as such have a suitably impressive number of league points.
And yes, with 121 points from 8 games McDeth has won every single game he has played!!

(But I swear I will get a league win against him if it is the last thing I ever do....

he he, well Aran your one of only 5 people to beat me at tabletop.
So I add you to my Orcs Book of retribution.
Grumbledook Max Horseman and Sputnik are in the Undead Book of retribution
And Ianwilliams forced his way into the Chaos Dwarf Book of retribution.
Of course i played Goblins/Elves etc that list may be a bit bigger. hence the seperate books for each race.
So you stand proud on your own in the Orc Book
Edited to add Max
