I'm not sure if anyone has already brought this to the attention of the TBB community, but Steve hambrrok passed away recently. I know Steve hasn't had much to do with BB recently, but I was always impressed with his work on Town Cryer, and pleased that he would spend the time to reply to my emails.

Steve Hambrook RIP
Reason: ''
Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

I had the same idea as you did! Couldn't find it on the site though. Didn't know him, but I know how it feels to loose someone close!Dark Lord wrote:How did it happen?
Not to be morbid but when somebody dies so young I always wonder.

Man was that a tough read...
I never met him but read a lot of his stuff in Warmaster... where he seemed to play a lot of scenarios...
Really opens your eyes, when he was only 4 years older then me... makes you realize how trivial some things in our daily lives really are. Makes you take a step back and really think about what is important in your life.
When 10 minutes away from death... will that deadline you worked late to make really matter? Or should you have been at home with your wife and kids?
