Bored of normal match-reports, my friends and I began designing sports-magazine front pages instead. It's in the style of a famous German tabloid.
It's in German and maybe not all jokes are accesible for outsiders as they refer to our personal players.

It must be really tough for a non-native speaker to understand, as I included slang and casual language (nothing is low enough for tabloids
)

No, just the cover page, it's enough work digging up silly photos and making up hilarious headlines.
The bearded person, lower left corner in isse #6 ("Stefanie") is actually Peter Jackson when making his cameo in LotR 1 as a peasant of Bree.

very cool. I did such a cover-only newspaper for our league as well... but not up to such a professional standard. Would you mind in sending me the layout so I could use it for my league as well ?
