Web Host Needed!

Im looking to modernize, and I am curious if anyone could suggest a free/<$5/month web host that is decent with NO POPUPS

I want to put league results/rosters/news online.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

P.S. I am putting this on the NAF site also.

I use easily.co.uk for the ECBBL site. Their normal virtual hosting option gives php & MySQL reasonably cheap and I've had very few problems with downtime (~3 days over 2 years).

Although I find them quite cheap if you want to register a .com with them it costs more ~$50 for 2 years.

You can also try www.bargainhosts.co.uk - although not as cheap as you'd like, they are very reliable and have a pretty good service. I think it's £22.99 for 50Mb webspace and a free .co.uk domain for a year, although you do have to buy two years in one go so your bill is about £52.04 inc. VAT. I've just used them for a site I am running for someone else.
