BB Mag 6 - The continuing Story II

I had a similar experience like Darkson

but with a mystery ending.

I saw that BBMag#5 is being sold via MO-UK since two weeks now, but I haven't received my subscription copy yet. So I emailed them to ask what happened. I got this reply:

The Sub that you took out with us didn't start until issue 6 of the BB Sub, the reason for this is we ensure that subscribers get they're issues early, which unfortunately falls down to new subscribers having to wait an additional month for their first issues to be sent.

issue 6 was sent out on the 3rd of this month, so you should receive this within the week.

By the way, on my subscription bill is says: BBMAGSUB 5-11, but who cares?

sounds like you might get screwed out of one issue. I have finally had my local game store find someone that can get him all the new issues of the mag so that makes me happy. Now i have to track down #3 and i will be happy

I gess so!

That's why I immediately responded him to fix the subscription range. Most probably a MOTroll will change it to 9-15 or something like that (or I will get the Warmaster Mag instead, who knows)

Narkotic, I had the same answer when I rang MO (that my sub started with #6), which was great seeing as I'd already received #4 as my 1st sub copy.

Now you say that subscribers should have received #6 as well?

I know it sounds strange as BBMag6 seems to come out of the blue, but his answer to my question whether they have shipped #5 is undoubtly "no, your subscription starts with #6 and we have shipped #6 last week"

It does not look like the MOTroll has confused the issue numbers. I will let you all know if #6 turns up. My last order took 15 days to reach me (UK-Germany). The channel is obviously wider than I thought...

It'd be great if bloody North America could actually GET some of these damn magazines. Since we play Blood Bowl out here too and STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN #3.

Started my subscription in December, not seen anything yet - yet another subscriber going to have to bang their head against the GW mail order wall it seems.

I've been told by both GW managers and the MO trolls that the fanatic subscription system is shot to hell
they even told me NOT to take one out until they had it sorted....

I have not received an issue yet and I started my subscription in November

The MO trolls don't seem to know where my mags are - both issue #5 and #6 have apparently been shipped.
