BB Mag 5 - The continuing Story.

OK, I'd still not received my #5, and after ringing MO 5 or 6 times, they finally decided to get my local store to send me one (about 15 miles from home). After waiting 3+ weeks ("It's in the envelope, we just haven't posted it yet") I rang MO again on Thursday.

"OK, sorry about that. I get one put in the post 1st thing in the morning."

Got home from work today :pissed: to find a parcel. Opened it, out came the advice sheet. 1 copy of BB mag #5. Great! Opened the parcel fully and out fell...........





BB Annual 2002 :roll:

Rang MO. "Don't worry about the annual, keep it. Unfortunately our systems down at the moment, but if you ring back in an hour or so I'll re-order it for you."


Sometimes I don't know wheter to laugh :lol: or cry :cry: . :roll: :wink:

I have had a similar experience. I emailed UKMO (where my sub comes from) in Jan and asked when I would be getting BBmag5. They emailed me back and said it was being mailed out and should be there in about 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I email them and ask if they mailed it and what address did they send it to, and they emailed back the address, which had the wrong postal code. I emailed them to tell them to change the postal code because it was wrong and they said they will send another BBmag5 to me. I don't believe the first one was ever mailed, it's been 4 weeks and a misdirected package with the wrong postal code would have gotten here by now. I will be lucky to get the one they mailed out the second time by March.

And to think that when I first heard of UKMO (beginning of nineties) everyone said they were a prime example of good customer service.

That's why I don't believe anyone. They're all idiots untill proven otherwise.
