A team receives +D3 fans when playing at an home stadium.
The opponent gets +50’000 for inducements

TAKING OWNERSHIP
A team increases winnings by (+D3 +FAME) x 10’000 when winning at a stadium they own.


So if I become resident and buy the stadium - do I benefit from both or just ownership?

You are always resident (during a home game) at a stadium you own, so you receive both benefits. The +D3 fans can increase your chance of winning FAME +1 or +2, plus you get an extra D3 x 10,000 gold if you win the game.
