Can anyone see anywhere if rerolls cost double when teams have played games?

So it seems in a short league, no matter what you will only buy rerolls when (re)drafting your team.
It a very long league you may buy rerolls, if they dont cost double.

It's on page 24 of Death Zone under #4 of the Post-Match Sequence.

"...each coach can choose to spend gold from their Treasury to increase their team re-rolls. Adding a re-roll costs double the amount shown on the team list, but only adds the basic (un-doubled) cost to the total value of the team."
