In tournaments like the Dutch Open where you may give one skill to a player.

Do you tell your opponent before the match: 'Hey, number ten is my DP and eleven has Piling On' or do you just surprise him during the match??

(I'd go for the former, being more 'friendly' and BB being a game of fun and so but .. )

Show your opponent your roster and point out who has been given a skill.

I usually line up the guys with skill increases and point them out.
This BOB has Block..this lineman has kick etc...

yep, tell it to your opponent, it is a fair way.
And ask him his skills! (we never know, it can help )
