Hi guys, it's a shame but my facebook profile axia-fish painting studio was deleted by facebook and changed as a page... a real shame since I've lost all, messages images ecc ecc. Now please, contact me on the page: https://www.facebook.com/axiafishkk.paintingstudio

or at my personal profile: https://www.facebook.com/chiafele.giuseppe

Is anyone any experience in this? Can someone help? Is the page useful too or it is better to create a new profile? Cheers.

Please anyone was a friend ask the friendship too on my personal profile and if someone was waiting some answers by me, please contact me again!

Painted by G had the same issues. It was something to do with it being seen as a business page or something. His real name is Graham Shirley and is on facebook. He could probably give more information on it.

Facebook's TOS are very clear about profiles being for individuals, not businesses or organizations. Pages are for those. If you recreate your profile-for-business you'll eventually end up with the same result: deletion of the account for violating their rules.

Pages are, however, superior to profiles for the purpose of interacting with the general public, as they provide all the same primary features (posts, images, videos, etc) as well as allow multiple people to have administrative rights (anything from full, to simply posting content) and let you add additional links and apps (apps in this case being any sort of external webpage... so you can have them be a gallery, an online shop, whatever). More importantly, people can choose to follow the page and any new content posted to it without having to get your direct approval first... they need only click Like.

If you plan to use technology as part of your business... it's best to familiarize yourself with it, and not just in the most basic ways necessary, lest you fail to utilize it to its full potential... or possibly be bitten in the ass for not doing so.
