Has anyone used paintedfigs.com in 2014

There seems to have been a lot of controversy surrounding paintedfigs.com in 2012/2013.
They appear to have hit a very rough patch, and some customers got very seriously burned.
PF give the impression of being up and running.
But are they?
In short: Anyone tried them this year?
