Hey everyone.

I got bored a while back and was annoyed by the match sheet we were using. There were a lot of things that were not needed and some things I felt would be nice to have on it. Therefore I made a new match sheet.
I've really been liking it, but I'm open to suggestions. Or if someone has a nicer looking one out there that they use, please let me know.
