These look like awesome referee rules (miniatures on the pitch). It would be awesome for the community to have these. The only problem is that they are in Spanish. Anyone want to help out?

There was an article on refs in the English specialist game/Blood Bowl magazine 5-10 years ago. I don't know if the article was the same, but the ref cards are definitely the same.

After checking it, (I can read spanish pretty well as is my first language), I can say that it's just a rewrite of the "classic" article:
