Does anyone know of a program that will do dice rolls, as I'm fed up with opening PBeM everytime I need to roll a D6 or D8, and I also need to roll D20's occansionally?

No, I keep leaving them at our gaming club, and we're on a 4 week shut-down so I can't get them.

I use this one sometimes, it's pretty flexible and you can verify the results weren't tampered with.

I just use mIRC. "//echo -a $rand(1,6)" or $rand(1,8) or $rand(1,20).

I'm gonna add more dice (D8, D12, D20, etc.) later, now I gotta go! Have fun!

Okay, remembered to add the other traditional dice there now too. No fancy graphics though.
Same URL as above.
Lemme know if you need anything else...

what I would find great, as I said on a topic about the BB manager software made by christer, would be something for all extra games die, which can't be managed with skijunkie, for example: ageing, exp roll, ...
But it's not the same thing than your software, I guess: less a dice utility than a tool for managing a league.

DFC, yep, that's a good idea... Actually, I think I might need something like that myself from time to time.
I think I'll make a different BB dice page in addition to the one there already is... I'll post here when it's up & running.

Well christer with the help of mr klipp has just automated the fumbbl league. The website does everything except authorise team lists that have been sumbmitted. Once one of the admins have made sure your team list is legal, you can play matches and upload the .res file javabowl makes and then when your opponent does the same you can then go to the team management page. Here you can get the skill aging rolls and pick all the skills, buy/sack players get rerolls buy an apoth.
The only thing that doesn't work is the handicap table but everything else is fully automated. So one you have joined you can create a team on the web page and you don't have to touch leaguemanager at all.
Now if christer can work his genius and package this all up, it would be of great use to lots of people. Thing is as its all tied into the webpage and post nuke, so not knowing how it all works internally not sure if he can do this. I am sure it is possable but might require a lot of work.
For a better idea of how good the system is, I suggest you come and join the fumbbl and play a few games so you can see. Also as the website manages everything and compares the two uploaded files from both players cheating will be very hard short of hacking the website. So minimal work is needed by the league commish to keep an eye on things. Also should one player not upload their res file the admin can mark it through manually, though not being an admin i've not seen that side of things ;]
Again join up just to see what the website can now do, its amasing what they have done in the space of a few weeks, makes league manager look retarded (no offence christer ;] )
http://fumbbl.com/ you know you want to!
