MBBL/NTBBL play by email is down - and it can't get up

Hi MBBL/NTBBL coaches.
MBBL/NTBBL have been Down for 3 weeks now.
I have contacted Galak, who has in turn contacted the web provider.
So far no result.
Fingers crossed that the site/League will miraculously recover.

Aaargh! Not quite. This is very frustrating.

Would anyone please try to visit either MBBL or NTBBL and tell me, if they can get on the site.
(Sorry, don't have the links here, but the sites are googlable.

The coaches and I are still having problems.

However, strangely, if I switch off wifi and go via the smartphone, then everything Works fine!

Is there a tech genius who has any ideas as to why that is?

Yeah, I got the same thing. Works fine via smartphone, can't get it to work on a PC (this one is wired into the broadband, so isn't wifi either).

Good thinking Joemanji! Unfortunately, that's not it.

My smartphone uses Safari, but only gets the site up while I'm off the wifi.
And my PC (using IE) can get the site to Work too, but only when I disconnect wifi and then use the smartphone as a modem.

It's weird.
Either way, the other coaches are having massive problems too, and since Galak doesn't know how to fix it, this may very well be the end of the MBBL and the NTBBL

2) If you have a smartphone, please try to access the site via wifi on the smartphone. Did that Work?

3) If you have a smartphone, please try to access the site with the wifi switched off? Did that Work?
YES
4) Finally, switch your computer off wifi/broadband, then use your smartphone as a modem (shared internet). Did that Work?

1. Yes. Chrome/Win7 wifi to my router.
2. Yes. Samsung Galaxy S3 on 4.1.2 stock android using Chrome.

Using Win8 and Chrome, no issues getting to the site.
[Edit] Just tried it on the same PC, using IE, and again, no issues.

Not sure if it's relevant or not, but if I try to access the MBBL2 page, I get the following:

My computer, which I can't access it from, has IE and an ancient version of Windows.

My Samsung S3 from Chrome is fine.

So from what peeps have said, could it be something to do with the OS from which the internet is going through?

Theory doesn't hold for me:
My wife's PC has chrome (& Windows 7) and that didn't Work.
My own PC has IE (& Windows 7) and that didn't Work.
However, when I use my own PC, but use my iPhone as a modem, then the same PC loads it just fine.

By the way, when I try to access the site it just says "waiting for midgardbb.com", a minute passes, and then the page that comes up is "Page not found".

ISP blocking the site for some reason? Can you get to the Migard main page?
