How to get in contact with the guy at comixininos?

Hi a couple of weeks ago i ordered a large chunk of stuff from comixininos. After a few weeks i really started to wonder were my stuff were and looked it up.

Apparently he shipped my stuff to Gossens, SWITZERLAND instead of Hallsberg, Sweden.

After i noticed that it got delievered to the other side of Europe i tried to contact him but he refuses to answer my mails. I have mailed him 3 times with a couple of days for hom to respond but he still at this moment refuses to answer me. Personally i dont feel that the delay in my delievery is such a big problem and would still be a satisfied customer if i got a refund or preferably my ordered and payed stuff shipped to me instead of som random part of europe.

Do you got any tips what to do to get in contact with him or atleast how to revoke my purchase?

Paypal and credit cards have methods to cancel orders that go wrong. Hurry and check if you are still in the allowed time to do so.

My understanding (although I have never had to test it) is that if you paid by PayPal or credit card then you are insured to a degree. If you report it to them they will refund you and then attempt to recover the debt from the seller.

Agreed ... my advice is always email 2 twice (which you've done) and then dispute the charge with PayPal (or your credit card) ... that shifts the burden to the seller and gets you your cash back.

The only bad part is when someone doesn't email you and creates the PayPal dispute as it looks up your PayPal account in several ways that are not fun ... but if you've emailed 3 times ... dispute the charge ... it is your best answer to get Alex to contact you and fix the problem if you are having issues getting hold of him and have proof (like you do) that your package is going to the wrong location.

From my experience as supplier to Comixininos, Alex is usually has huge workload.

Two days without getting an answer is not really uncommon from my experience.

He would solve this once he noticed. Mephisto already awared him.

Post in his thread in the spanish forum would be also an effective desperate measure. You don't even need to post in spanish. Just pm or post him in english.
