clear block dice question

a member offered me a couple of sets of his clear block dice to use as prizes at the mike kriger memorial cup. i must have deleted the pm.
i forgot who made them and offered them
i have trouble with remembering some things due to my pain meds.
can someone help? i'm stating to get the prizes togeather, and i have no idea who contacted me...
