No I'll need to add a setting for FA to work while Prone. My comment here is that the Harmland Globe Rotters easily have 5+ players standing at any one time on the pitch with FA and teams seem to still win against them, so the Rotters roster in BB Mag #5 won't be completely overpowering with FA. Just my thoughts.

FA depends could depend whether you're face down or not, as does the tail come to think of it.

What about the Witch elves?? When they are face down do their butts get hypnotic gaze??

I'm going to say no it should not be powered up when the player is prone. The guy may be foul, but he's just not that scary on the ground.

If fact, you should get a BONUS on the foul roll for kicking this guy when he's down.
