Yep.

Not all of my league coaches do, but I encourage those that can to write match reports and editorials about their teams. This includes trash talk about other teams :)
All done in character of the team coach, a news paper reporter and even (in the case of one of my more literate players) full reports from his teams sponsor.

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.
Bribe level: good coffee.

Absolutely. If/when I'm lucky enough I'll have a willing party that will do periodic fluffy type write ups for the whole league. Everyone loves it.

NABBO League used to have a 'zine', like every two or three weeks with league reports (and other BB stuff), with a funny approach both on the games and coaches, often quoting comical situations occurred during the games, or afterwards.
Actually, most of the funny stuff used to happen after the games (often late night) during this 'chill out' time we had where every week someone would bring something for everyone to snack (cookies, home baked stuff etc), while the "house keeper" would provide tea or other beverage.
Nothing like a good cup of tea with a chocolate chip cookie after a stressful BB game!
:orc:
(I'm digressing...)

The last couple of years everyone seems to be a little short on time, and the 'zine' only shows up to mark special events such as semi-finals/finals or when some apotheotic event happens (BB wise 'apotheotic' I mean, like the some outstanding top dog defeat, or the slaying of a much beloved/hated player,...).

Our local league puts out a weekly newsletter that gives a recap of the week's games and the current league standings. The game write-ups are usually pretty fluffy and teams start to develop their own character (and characters) after a few weeks.
