Thanks for that. Most of the main cities in NZ have very active BB groups and tourneys etc. I play in the Christchurch group. Looks like I might spend more time on the PC game and less on the board game when I get to Blenheim. Ho hum.

Been here 18 months now and just checking again to see if anyone has moved here recently etc.

Toffer are you on AusBowl? Much of the chatter for Australian and NZ leagues is on there. I don't know the NZ scene well, or where Blenheim is in relation to other cities, but Auckland and Christchurch seem to have active communities.

Yeah I am on Ausbowl and NZBBN which is the kiwi equivalent. Blenheim is top of South Island. About 5 hours drive from Christchurch. We have thriving scenes in Auckland, Wellington, Hawkes Bay and Christchurch. But I am the sole BB'er in Blenheim at the moment

Toffer - sadly the number of active Blood Bowlers in Chirstchurch and Blenheim would appear to be almost exactly the same, measured per head of population.

You'll just have to wait for the next earthquake and hope to get a few more players with the rebuild. We got one, but he left already.
