Help me pick my next team?

OK, so, as the poll says, I'm looking to grab myself a new team at some point in the run-up to Christmas.
As my sig says, too, I've got experience with Humans, Halflings, Undead and High Elves in my locker. My Humans went 8-0 in our last challenge league, my 'Flings are always fun and games, Undead are currently 3-0 in the League I'm running, while I've not got the HElves going in a proper League yet, but they're my current pick-up game team for running around and being smashed in the face.
At the moment, play-style wise, I seem to be best at a sort of West Coast Offence. I try and bash for a short time in order to open up a lane or two for my faster players to run into, either directly with the ball or with the ball to follow after. Caging and the 2-1 grinding type of game is certainly effective, and I often cage myself a 1/3 of the way down the opponent's half of the pitch before breaking through, hopefully, for the score. On defence, well, 'get the ball' is the idea, quite how depends on what my opponent does.
After discounting most other teams for various reasons (though my ultimate goal is to own one of every team meaning the field is wide open), I've come up with the following options for fun, challenging team to use:
Chaos (Made up of individual models I like for Chaos Warriors, filled out by either GW Beastmen or Impact Razorbacks)
Another grindy team, with bonuses that I've played around with them on the Cyanide game. Not one to play in pick-up games because of the lack of skills, to be sure, but I'd go with a Tzeentchian theme of lots of mutations, probably to try developing a smashy passing game (via an Extra Arm, Strong Arm, Pro Beastman, etc). They'd probably be called something like the Inevitable City Colts, in a Warhammer Online shout-out.
Chaos Pact (Impact Valkyries & Ice Troll as Marauders & Troll, Handsome Johnny as the Elf, Micheline Tenderness & King Phanos as the Ogre/Gobbo, etc)
A bit of everything, and I like the idea of replicating a team like the Chaos All-Stars. Internal politics and a fluffy story can go with these guys, and I'd only run with the Ogre & Troll to begin with. Smashy, Passy, Runny, they can do a bit of everything with the development. They'd be a Slaanesh-themed team, something along the lines of the Pleasure Steelers.
Khemri (Impact's Pharohs of Viktoria)
I played a proxy game (using High Elves, of all models) with Khemri and the ST5 was awesome, but I was concerned about picking up the ball. Throw-Ras didn't do me too badly, however, and they got the win. They're nothing but grind and will certainly be a challenge to get to grips with, what with the low AG and MA. No idea on a theme at the moment, but I might go along the lines of my current Undead 'Dead and Gooners' with comedy real-player (Football or Gridiron) names.
Underworld (Probably GW Gobbos & Gaspez Mice, plus a nice Troll from somewhere)
Skaven and Gobbos in combination and mutations is, of course, a great idea. On paper. Until they all get squished. I am used to that with 'flings, however, so no toys-out-of-pram worries there. Running, dodging, mutating, occasionally TTMing... fun for all the family. They'd probably be named something like the Undercrackers, being named after famous crazy people, or perhaps cracker/biscuit brands.
Lil' help?
