Your typical stupid newbie question

I just found out about SkiJunkie's BloodBowl java server/client and have no idea how to join or host a game so I'm not playing with myself. (Sounds pretty sick, I know) Anyone out there able to help me out?

Its all in the read me file.
Edit: OOps the looked a little rude:) If you have some one to play it is easiest to meet them in a chat program to set up the game (AIM, IRC...) have one person choose to be the host and have them select their team and start the game. THeir computer will list a IP number that you will need to put into the client's computer. Then play on.
