But you follow it wrong.
GW already spoke about 21 teams and has called the CRP to be the rule set going with the new release.
And CRP has 21 teams.
I have to mention this ... sorry. The only CRP currently hosted with GW's permission on the internet now at this time is the CRP at Cyanide. And that one has 24 teams. Just following your logic.

And with that ... I'll drop it.

I wanted to say JT-Y thanks for sharing with us the information you've been getting from the inside. It is nice to hear something closer to facts when so many knee jerk rumors are abound.

I'm not a fan of the larger board just because it will really play havoc with how much space is needed to run a tournament unless you require the event to be played on older boards ... but outside of that ... I do have a good feeling with the attention Forge World is giving to the game. Had a great talk with the FW team at Adepticon (as their sales booth cash register was right beside the one for my booth for Impact!) ... they are a great group of guys who I think remember the hobby and have not given their souls out to board of directors and lawyers. So I am encouraged much by the news.

I think CRP/Icepelt is gone from the Cyanide forum.

Ah if that is true ... I stand corrected but I just downloaded it yesterday ... one moment.

Nope ... the link still works to the hosting of the rulebook on Cyanide that GW approved.

Interesting, I wonder if these elves will be multi-part and allow bits to be swapped over?

I would love it if wood elves took the darker turn like they did in WHFB. The 3rd edition team was in the same style as the awful WHFB 5th ed models and was one of the ugliest teams from then.

Happy to share whatever I can. It's nice to be able to ask questions but it's nicer to be able to share the answers.

I've been very critical so far about the new BB set coming out but I have to say this thread has really begun to change my mind. From JT-Y's shared info to Galak's conversation with the ForgeWorld guys, I'm starting to see a glimmer of hope. :)

I'm not thrilled with the scale change but very happy with the attention to fluff. I can't stand resin but it seems many teams will be plastic so that's cool. Variety of upcoming teams seems decent, though elf-heavy. The idea of race-specific dugouts is pretty cool, so I hope that is more than just a rumor.

Fingers are crossed!

As we know there are 9 teams in the initial wave of releases: 2 rosters in the starter set, 7 in DZ. 6 plastic teams, 3 resin.
Plastic teams are Human, Orc, Skaven, Dwarf, Nurgle and Elf Union (the new name for Pro Elves). But what are the 3 resin teams?

High Elf, Dark Elf, and Wood Elf.

Now, who wants to know about the team roster app?
Cheers. Any reason why Nurgle and Pro Elf are plastic, yet the other elves (which are all likely to be more popular) are in resin?

I think Mike means he can't navigate through the Cyanide site to find the link.

Oh, you mean the file is still there but Cyanide does not link it on their website anymore?
Okay, maybe... My bad!

Nope, can't find it on the german version either.
Maybe Cyanide had to put it down as well.
Interesting...

We know Cyanide had to take it down, Sann said as much in his thread about taking it down from the NAF.
Just looks like they removed the link, rather than the download (which doesn't surprise me given their lack of competence with their forum).
