:-? Not really a fix, in my opinion. If this happens in the next review, "Skummy's Mummies" will be born with the purpose of breaking that roster wide open.
The AG 2 across the board will still be there Skummy ... if you want to win ... you'll need to burn your re-rolls on ball handling ... not blocking.

I've been told that instead of the FA fix that the Khemri might stay with MB mummies but have Piling On moved back to the before the AV. ....
We might be testing the new Khemri as well, with Mighty Blow instead of FA. We also use PO before the AV roll so I'll let you know how it goes.

Galak: Problem is, some players in my league consider winning secondary to busting heads open. With 2 Piling On undead teams, a 235 Orc team, and a Chaos Dwarf team full of Mighty Blow, my Skaven couldn't compete. They got kicked back to the minors until the PO thing gets officially fixed in the next LRB. My league uses strict LRB rules, and needs a near unanimous vote to change any rule. Until it gets fixed, we'll keep seeing the abuse... :(

I had to change Piling On in my league, we were having the same problems.

You need to tell your Commish to lay down the law, it's hard to be King if your subjects aren't quivering at your feet :)

Anthony: That's kind of the point - we don't have a commissioner. It's a democracy of sorts, which has good points and bad points. If I'm able to persuade enough people, we can get it changed. Milo's comments will probably help, as will our experiences with PO recently. Maybe I just need to call a quorum vote when the Undead players are on vacation...

Sorry Galak, but that won't help. We play like this (PO declared before the AV roll), and the Khemri/Undead/Ogre's are ruling the league. After about 25 games played, we have several Mummies with 30+ casualties. :puke:

It's taken our mummies about 15-20 games to get 50+ SPP's

Not if the EXP system stays "experimental".

Good point Balrog.

The only thing that the EXP system would effect is skill progression. All they would need to get is Pile On then their casualties per game will inflate drastically.

I don't see how the EXP system will fix the problem with a +5 bonus against the armor roll.

At 25 games those killer mummies will probably have started to miss matches ... which means that the skills they have extra like Block and Tackle that are making them so nasty would start to leave the team or the team will be playing short a Mummy a game on average.

I meant it half joke ... but I think moving it to before along with an aging system that actually works (the current one doesn't) would be a step in the right direction.
