Is X for experimental? As in Khemri, Chaos Pact, Vampires etc?

...and the conclusion is that we also need a folder called "Is Team X too weak?" and fill that with threads about all the teams.

Nothing for it, we'll need to bring back vampires at ST4/AG4 and keep the nurgle rotters at AV9 with FA and khemri with MB and four ball carriers. They are the only viable teams... apart from the khorne elves, of course.
