You’re forgetting that compared to Orcs a typical team of Dwarfs have lower average MA, ST, AG and AV. The team has the lowest MA and the 2nd lowest AG in the game both of which are huge disadvantages. Scoring or defending with dwarfs is very difficult against a full opposing team.

Longbeards get a lot of flack, but tackle is useless against most bash teams and if they lose block you’d be stuck with what is effectively a zombie that is harder to injure but won’t regen. Blitzers are overcosted if you compare them to their Orc equivalent as are runners compared to human throwers.

Another weakness is the complete lack of strength in the team, all the other bashy teams have at least 2 ST4+ players. So without dauntless on the slayer and the ability to get mass guard then dwarfs would have no chance in the blocking war against other bash as well as being unable to run away.

on a 4 he is str 6

And you get to re-roll any failures on your INSTA BIG GUY without the risk of loner. Also you have 2 of them.

I love dwarves and they aren't filth. I have played with them and against them and I think that they aren't the most broken team in the game. Orcs have a larger advantage: AV9 apart from a player who will never get blocked (if you play them right), 4 x 6MA, ST3, AG3 block specialists, 4x ST4 pounders, 2 x AG3 Sure handers, 1 Big guy, and then you can have a stunty. You don't have to field a lineman if you don't want. Very dodgy.

It is funny how people target the little dwarves...poor dwarves.

Then the cherry on this little pie is the Deathroller cos that is what this team needs a secret weapon. But its only on for one drive you say. YOU get to choose which one and if you put it on when you are not receiving then you are not only a cnt for playing dwarves at all but a stupid one for playing them wrongly! If you cannot stall out for an 8 turn drive to score with dwarves then really you need to go and play canasta with your dad...if you can find him.

I'm buying a dwarf team just for you, then grudging you at our next tourney, and we can have a ''challenge of the miserable, angry basterds face off''.

I'll even supply a trophy, which can be a traveling trophy, and we can compete for it at every tourney in future with the winner decided by a vote from the other players

Your point on deathrollers, I agree with as I said.

I am forgetting nothing. Orc blitzers have 1 skill, dwarves have 2, orc linos have none, dwarfs have 3, black orcs have none, slayers have 4, orc runners have 2 as do dwarfs. so lower mv str, ag and av, but a massive advantage in skills and a chunk of those skills are block. Starting orc team 4 block players, starting dwarf team 9 or 10.

I have covered the "lack" of strength, at least on attack.
