How to score with a death roller?

Where in the rules does it say you get two extra TD's if your opponent concedes? Nevermind that you either get the SPP or that you can allocate them how you want???

As far as I am aware, you get the win, plus his/her MVP and Winnings and that is it.

It doesn't, but some leagues do use it.

when a player with the skill "no hands" received the skill "extra arms", does he really get an arm with an hand?

I don't think that this is so Zen. :) No hands negates the ability for the player to pick up, catch, intercept the ball. Extra arms provides a +1 to rolls to pick up, catch, or intercept the ball. +1 to "can't do it" is still "can't do it".
