Actually NAF membership numbers are not consecutive. There are fairly large gaps, partly through design (not sure whose design).
Also the paywall during the application process accounts for more gaps.
I'd say the true number of historic NAF members is perhaps halfway between 5300 (those with at least 1 ranking) and 9000 (total email addresses known).

No idea on the figures, and I think it would need Doubleskulls to answer (without going through the list manually), but we did have a big purge on the user database a few years back, and removed a lot of accounts with zero posts who hadn't visited the site in over two years (most back from the early days), so the current figure is smaller than the total.Shteve0 wrote: - That there are probably around 7500 TFF registered accounts (would love to know how many are zero post)
