Only Fantasy Bowl dices Blog
Hi TFF People!
onlybbdice.blogspot.com
I have started a new blog of d6 and block dice about BB.
I have a lot of Spanish dice on the bag but only a few outsiders.
I want to make the most completely dice archive.
IMPORTANT: This is not a catalog of selling dice, only info. I add some details about estimated price just to judge the price you see on EBay and other shops. Or if you want to sell them (in other place that not the Blog) know the price you can sell them.
If you have not reported dice please send information and photos to juanwillke@hotmail.com or Fantasybowldices@hotmail.com.
I still have a lot to report. I will try to make 2 each day.

Cool idea, Juan.
I think that you should probably add some tags for each entry. Names of the country they're from, rarity, etc. That will make them more interesting to browse once you have a lot of them up there.
I'll send you a couple of pictures later this week.

I was going just to tag them by "block" and "D6". But I agree, if they are tagged by country, rarity,.. will be very helpful when the blog is full.
I will start doing it, in the next entry

Sounds like a good idea, there are lots of different block dice out there, though if you try and do D6’s too that will likely be quite a task.
There was a dice collector site that I saw before and it had a page devoted to BB, I’ll try and find a link for that later. Also I’ve done some D6’s (4 slightly different designs in multiple colours) and Block dice (1 style in 3 colours) for the WISB the last 3 years so I’ll link you to pics of them too.

Actually no, I was thinking of this one. So seems there are 2 site already.WhatBall wrote:This one?spubbbba wrote:There was a dice collector site that I saw before and it had a page devoted to BB, I’ll try and find a link for that later.
I've got an album of the White Isle dice I did, here.
There are 3 separate designs of the crown on the D6's, though all look very similar.
Design 1 was something I did for the GT and was about 80 white and 25 black
Design 2 was for the 1st WISB and was about 80 white and 25 red
Design 3 was for the 3rd WISB and had 76 Blue and 26 red pearl. This was printed on rather than lasered into the dice.
The Block dice were for WISB 2 and there were around 40 sets of white pearl, 9 of black and 9 of red.
For a few of them I painted the spots and designs different colours as prizes too.

Clever idea. I'll be stealing that one of these days...spubbbba wrote:(...)For a few of them I painted the spots and designs different colours as prizes too.

NABBO League dice here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=35823&hilit=nabbo
Only 40 of them were made.
Mainly to be given away in the NABBO Tea Cup 2011 tournament. A hand full of them were sold afterwards to help out with the bills (prizes, dugouts, snacks, etc).

The gold marble effect looks awesome, I'd love to see that used for block dice. *Hint, hint*Axtklinge wrote: NABBO League dice here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=35823&hilit=nabbo

Re: Only Fantasy Bowl dices Blog
Thanks for all the income!!
Someday I will post the NAF, but I want to post more uncommon dice. Most of them will be common on Spain but not outside.
As you see if you have read some of the entries I always try to post some extra info of the tournament/event. Personal view include
, because all the BB are different!
If you send me dice info, send:
Type of dice: 6 side or block
-ONLY 6D: Number in where is the symbol
Value: not necesari, but if you have seen the price just told or if you have no idea
Rarity: common/ uncommon/ rare / very rare(NAF pink and black for example)
Country:

Any guidelines for the rarity designations? What is rare, as far tournament d6s are concerned? 50 sets? 25?

That is the big Question of collecting dice. I can´t be 100% objective, That´s why I put the prices witch I have seen.Gaixo wrote:Any guidelines for the rarity designations? What is rare, as far tournament d6s are concerned? 50 sets? 25?
Consider the fact that I live in Spain. That makes Spanish dices more common and outsiders a little more rare for my rarity opinion.
I always try to be the most objective I can.
I am trying to update de more and the fast I can. You will see that come days there are no updates and other that appear 3 or more new posts.
*remember I don´t sell dice with this blog, I only try to provide info of them.
