I can't stand IE - I only use it at home when a site won't work with the Netscape I've got.

Did they ever update Netscape Communicator? When I downloaded the latest Netscape a while back, I couldn't set it up to do different profiles like I can with Netscape 4.x.

Down with Micro$oft!!! :puke:

I use ie cause more stuff works in it. Opera is quite nice as well tbh, might crack it to get rid of the silly adverts though. By crack i mean register ;]

I transferred to using IE back when I begun doing things in XML: netscape simply didn't support XML, XSL or DOM, all of which I needed at work at the time. And feels like the new netscape versions have done little to catch up the advantage that IE has at implementing w3c specifications.

I'm not saying, however, that IE would implement them as well as they could be or anything. But they do it better than netscape.

Seemed to have started something here.

I don't remember the "glory" days of BBC, as I wasn't online then, but if all other things were equal, I would frequent ths forum site more than BBC, just because of the format. I really did not like the form of the forum on BBC, in fact I like it less than the GW ones.

However, I wish majorTusk every sucess ith his updated sites, as the more good BB sites, the better IMO.

Editted because I realised my spelling was worse then even my normal poor efforts

I just want Tusk to post pictures of his Goblin team again. That or sell them to me. Man I loved that Troll with the leather jacket.

Perhaps.... but I'd prefer to think of myself as an intelligent individual who doesn't follow the crowd!

Seriously, I am not at all impressed with most Microsoft products. They seem mostly very bloated and poorly designed and programmed. If it were not for the fact that my wife prefers to use Windoze and that the PBEM tool doesn't run under Linux, I would probably change OS to Debian Linux.

Sixpack595 wrote:OK, 1st off the whole NAF thing has been a joke. Your hard core BBers waited for it, but the average player wrote it off. BBC used to be a pretty good place as far as forums went, but then the popups combined with all the 4th ed BS started. BBC ended up with a bunch of pro 4th ed guys flaming 3rd ed guys. I decided I'd rather play 40K, or Necro, or Checkers than deal with all the BS that now came wih BB. At least Necro players never had to deal with some loudmouth players ruining it for the rest of us.
You might be right, except for 1 thing.
Absolutely every BB fan that hears of, or sees the black block dice, will want em. The whole bloody lot of em. So this will make people jopin the naf, and once they are in anyway, they might as well take a look. Then they'll see al the other cool stuff. And it'll explode.

Who though dice could have that kind of power. You would think it was porn.

Well, I can blame my own lack of participation for the downfall of the BBC locker room, but I do remeber stating many times for if people had problems to contact me.

As for my gobbo team, hehe, Ripper isnt wearing leather jacket, though that is a good idea :) I might do that for one of the other trolls. I bring them along to any event I play in, I do plan on heading to Gen Con this year, so maybe you can get an upclose view of em there :)
