Where's Blood Bowl in the Stores?

Post by Nagash »

First of all - deleting a discussion that deals with how the "barons" behave and treat newcomers, is imo not very democratic and could be compared to pissing in your pants. Its warm in the beginning but thereafter its not very pleasant. In other words - you can erase from now on till new years eve, but it doesn´t change the fact that some people on this forum are treating newcomers like shit.

In DW´s case. he sighs when someones ask a Q - and he doesn´t apologize....?!? Would you like it if someone shook their head everytime YOU made an enquery?

... and yes... it used to be a friendly place... apparently its not... still you learn how to get along even in a hostile environment... Luckily there are plenty who wil take their time to help us newcomers... ... the barons... will just be ignored... i hope....

also... I don´t expect you to answer this, as you - apparantly - are somewhat biased...

Well long time, Toby. It seems your views have not changed on offline Bloodbowl. I hope you'll recognise that other people have different views to you.

I've not been to a store here for about a month but i am not going to hold my breath about them having more than just the new boxed set in the store. Last time i went they had 3 copies of the last release in there for £50 wonder if they have them reduced, i could pick up a second pitch.

I does appear that thestores around the world stock very little Blood Bowl models - if any at times. It also appears that there is a lack of stores in some countries.
However - how many of us actually go into the stores for BB stuff any way?
Minis for this game are easily available through ebay and the gw mail order.
Anyway, Toby, if your so down on playing this game offline surely the lack of store in your area has no impact at all.

Pretty hard to get at around here too.

Wonder how the GW stores in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and HAarlem are fitted

I hate all these little kids that run around these stores.

And I haven't even started about the costumers.. :puke:

I dont know about the store.
But Nagash, DW answer you, so dont be unpleasant, he only wanted to say you that the answer was already on the forum. And we dont want to answer always to the same question. But he answered you, that is a fact so he wasnt unpleasant.
Anyway, this is a cool forum with nice people (and DW is a very nice person!!!) and i hope you will see it like that soon.
