Dwarf Runesmith

Ive been toyng with the idea to replace the dwarf alchemist with a runesmith, whcích would certainly be more in line with the warhammer world.
The idea is that the dwarf team gets to hire a runesmith for 50k per game, and during one of their kickoffs, the dwarfs replaces their ball with a ball that has had a rune inscribed. The effects of the ball stays until next kickoff, when it is replaced.
This is some of the runes i was thining about:
Rune of accuracy: During kickoff the ball doesnt scatter, just bounce. The dwarf team gets a +1modifier to pass.
Rune of stone: Players attempting to pick up the ball must roll on their strength instead of their agility, just like break tackle. When anyone is attempting to pass the ball, add one range (everyone throws like they got stunty).
Rune of vengeance: Select one player one the opposing team that has caused a casualty in the game. Place the ball on him. The player gets one chance to catch the ball, with a -2 modifier. If he doesnt succed, he is knocked over. Make an injury roll, ignore armor. Bounce the ball as usual.
