ThrudBall 2009 25th -26th July (UK Champion Tournament)
Doesn't look like Frank has put a thread on here yet so here it is ;]
Thrudbowl (known henceforth as Thrudball) is an annual two day Not-For-Profit Bloodbowl tournament being held 25th -26th July 2009 in aid of The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation at Bognor Regis Community College (Upper School).
To help you during the Credit Crunch, entry this year will only be £12 for NAF members (please quote your NAF ID when paying), £18 for Non NAF (food and accommodation is not included in ticket price).
Up to 70 coaches will battle for 6 rounds over the 2 days, each round having a two hour time limit. At the end of the Fifth round, the two players with the most tournament points will play for the Thrudball Trophy.
There will also be Trophies for the Runner-Up, Best Painted, Pint-Sized Pacifiers (Stunty Cup) and Dockbowl Champion, and awards for Best of the Rest (Third Place), Most Sporting, Most Casualties, Touchdowns Scored, Best Newcomer, Comeback King and Most Thrudded (Last Place) (see Prizes Menu option).
There will also be a Charity Auction, with many unique and interesting items available to the highest bidder, a Sponsored Parachute Jump, a "Lake Of Fire" Chilli Trial, Thrudlike competition, Dim-A-Ryp, Wandering Thrud, Dockbowl, P.O.T.S., Spot competitions and prizes, Bug Eating and Wax Challenges (for the terminally insane), the all important Thrudweizer and lots of fun to be had for all.
