Lizardman Team (conversion)

Post by Majortusk »

I have converted this team almost 2 years ago. I just never got around to really work on them.

I had originally started them in a green body with brown scales, looked boring in my opinion. So there they sat for the next 2 years. Until I decided to try working on them again, since I would be using Lizzys for our 5th season in bB :)

This is how the original was 2 years ago, plain green. had a lighter bone shade for the stomach. now this is a character conversion for my team. I really dont like having too many repeats of characters. so this is Fat Skink :) hence the converted/unfinished painted mcdonalds cup. Many others include, Pirate Skink, Gutter Skink etc

Now here is what I am thinking of for a color scheme now.

I really like that style - It echoes the WFB Lizardmen especially on the shoulderpads - Are you gonna use the Non BB lizardmen for your saurus positions?

Nice Job and colourscheme 8)

OMG...those are almost the same as my guys. I used the same miniatures... grey skin with yellowish orange scales...lol. Personally... I think they look great.

Yeah, even ham-fisted non-painters like me can get a reasonable team with the minimum of fuss from the WFB plastic lizzies.
Looking back on them now, I wish I'd given the skinks at least on shoulderpad, but I suppose I can always go back and do that one day.

Plastic Saurus make much better BB figs than the metal ones imo.

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Kroot shoulderpads are great for skinks.

To give you the rose that's been burnt by her sun

I can't get there on my own
Walk me to the graveyard
