Traveller´s new BB website is online...

Post by traveller »

As some people here asked for ... i opened another, new, BB only website of my BB archive and collection. Not perfect and i still have to translate the BB history page and the team pages of 3. and 4. Edition into English. And there are quite a lot of mistakes i will still have to correct ( ... yes, Tim ?! ) Some of the pages like the Fantasy Footbowl pages are still under construction. But at last i started the whole thing...

And i got a new domain with the right title! :D

www.blood-bowl-miniatures.de

If someone thinks i missed something or made a mistake, please post here.

Ah, BTW... the guestbook isnt working right now... i will correct this tomorrow.

Soon i will remove the BB section of my old website as i will use my old page for my travel picts only, too.

Hooray!

But the menu doesn't work for me :(

And you have to change the web-title, it still says "Reiseberichte" :)

That´s great, Traveller.

But you are still missing some pics of a few miniatures. I can mail you the pics of the Khemri skeletons if you want them. They are primed white but I didn´t find the time to paint them yet.
Let me know if you want them.

I bet the main reason the police keep people away from a plane crash is they don't want anybody walking in and lying down in the crash stuff, then, when somebody comes up, act like they just woke up and go, "What was THAT?!"

They are ugly minis anyway. :D

The links open in the mainframe and you can't right click on them to open them in a seperate window, making the screen look quite crowded. To make them open either in the whole screen or in a new window is probably the best.

Yep, i will correct this tonight. Thanks!
Wish I spoke German
I will translate the rest soon, too.

:o
Chairface... Done or down ? Hm, do you realy like my website ?

Yep, please send them. If they are taken like my other primed minis, i can use them at least as long as i glued my own puzzles together.
Another solution would be that i will take picts of my single metal Khemri sprues...

Hm, this version works well for me... using a 19`` monitor .
I like the way, that the menu is always at the left side to change the
pages without searching below all the open windows.

EDIT: i just saw at my job´s PC monitor, that the left side menu is to long
for smaller monitors ... part of the menu disappears!
I have to put all the single BB GD projects into a BB projects section... tonight!

Another suggestion, Add a links section with the painting tips pages you have posted here a few time.

I wish it didn't use that hypermenu thing though. It consistently crashes my work PC and takes a while to load at home.

Not wanting to sound too selfish about it though :D

It has nothing to do with the size of the screen but the resolution. For 1024x800 your webpage is slightly too large (the lower two menu bars dissapear) and if I click on a link that goes to another page that is optimized for 1024x800 or higher it's not convenient at all. I generally let open all inks in a seperate window. That's a clean and fuzzfree solution and does not confuse with various interlaping framesets.
I guess you have some macho :D 1400x1200 or higher monitor resolution were everything fits fine but think about the rest of the world...
