Re: warhammer fest spoilers
It's quite interesting that the card said "Sea Elf".
I think someone from GW said that in the future once all the teams has been released they want to make new ones, like Sea Elves. Will we see a full team of elves with HG?

Eldril is a Sea Elf, nothing new there, he's always been a Sea Elf. Hypno Gaze was actually a skill possessed by Sea Elf Wardancers way back in 3rd ed WFB. There's a continuity there if you know what to look out for

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

Love the use of "ALWAYS". GW-speak at it's best. Sounds like US President Trump.nazgob wrote:It's a recent retcon - Death Zone2 i think.

To be fair the Did you know does not say what flavour of Elf he was - just that be played for the Galadrieth Gladiators before Tzeentch got involved.

Re: warhammer fest spoilers
He has always been a sea elf, playing on a high elf team doesn't rule that out. That's why he was given hypno-gaze originally in '88 when he was created. Sea elves dropped out of fashion later on, but we in Specialist Games tend to think everything was better in the '80s, though there are a lot of gaps to fill.
Changing back to how something was originally in 2nd ed is a good thing surely?
Yes there's a lot to see this weekend. No I won't give any hints.
