Just home, with a sever detour which added a couple of hours, but thank you for an amazing tournament sorry I couldn’t stay for the results but with the weather I didn’t want to risk getting caught. Thanks to my opponents as well

Thanks for running a great tournament as always, Brendan and the refs. Always like going to York.
And thank you to my unlucky opponents, it was... a different tournament to what I'm used to and my nose is still bleeding.

Sounds great! Could you share the address for planning purposes?

Great tournament - thanks to Pip, Bear et al.

So next year clashes with my 40th birthday... I'm up for it, but will need some careful negotiation with the missus!!!

Great experience and everyone in the Aberdeen team loved it.

I had some awesome games against some great guys. Shout outs to JBone, AndyDavo, Leipziger and Darkson for some spectacular classic “Blood Bowl happens” moments. Everyone I played was really friendly and I was really happy finishing 52nd, much higher than I expected with some really hard games.

a big Thank you also from the World Cup Committee for the huge participation at the raffle.

There is just one big request from me to all the winners of the beer.. erm ...beverage vouchers. Please send me a PM here with you NAF nickname (if different from your name here) and write me the number, which is on the back side of the vouchers. That way we can make sure you can redeem your price in case you loose your voucher or you can't find in in 18 months.

Fun fact about travelling to Leeds/Bradford Friday night: Some snow in Amsterdam and deicing of the plane took a while so the plane was about 1hr late. Which happens in winter. Scheduled landing at 11 PM instead of 10PM. Slightly annoying as it steal some Friday night pub time, but still on track for a beer or two before bed.

However: Whilst closing in on the airport at Leeds we got informed that the airport is now closed(!) and we had to land at East Midlands instead. I have been rerouted in the past due to bad weather, but this is the first time I experience the airport pulling the plug and going home.

On behalf of all the french delegation, thank you so much for that well organised tournament. As always, it was a real pleasure to spend two days with you guys.

Hope, we will be attending next year in York University.

Where will it be possible to see the final team and individual ranking ?
