Yes we get to be first in the world. But how we pay for the privilege! :x

Can I call myself a true goblin coach if I don't own that pitch?

I think I'll go and vent on that survey.

Thanks.

It seems team card packs have 5 (orcs) to 10 (elfs) special cards (8 in humans), and the rest are reference of plain players and roster sheet substitutes.

Almanac looks like a mix in some parts, and copy+paste in others, of DZ1 and DZ2 pages, plus print of PDFs and reprint of WDs. Lesson learned: ignore DZs.

I was just wondering if the content of the team card packs was discussed as i'm trying to figure out what the '44 in-game reference cards' were about that will be released this month.
I did, was pretty cool. Seen JT-Y there too on the second part, missed the match report though.

Can't remember them going into too much detail on the Cards other then talking about them being optional and just for a bit of fun. Obviously they didnt show every card.

The new book looks good. From the sounds of it they have managed to translate it into more languages than are currently available with the current rule books or thats the impression i got at least.

New plastic team and release every 3 months and forgeworld resin for unique stuff unless plastic mould making becomes easier in the future.

The Elf Union team will be the first in line with new plastic sprues, with much more customisation and bits. All future teams will be like this as they want to move away from the first few push to fit teams that were released with the game etc.

Overall looks positive for blood bowl, three pitches being released this month.

I'm a British Freebooter, will play for any team including Undead (I have my own Apothecary). Good rates.

My FLGS has preorders up on their website
http://www.bagofholding.co.uk/product-c ... re-orders/
Pitches rrp £24, BoH £20
Almanac rrp £30, BoH £24
Elves rrp £20, BoH £16

So my educated guess of £20 to £25 for the book was right ;)

TOs! You do not need multiple copies of rosters. It's a waste of paper.

I ordered the Elf bundle and the Goblin pitch. Im holding off on the almanac and the other team cards for now. I have the physical rule books already, so I think I would rather have a pdf/ebook instead of the almanac. I'll add some pics of stuff to my blog once they arrive.

I wouldn't want to wait 7 months just to save a little cash. During that time, I've enjoyed greatly the contents of both Death Zones.

Now, sure I would never buy Death Zone.

I ordered the Almanac, but it better be a legit rule book and not a reprint of the failed previous docs. I want the rules with the corrections made. Here’s to hoping.

But as you've already ordered it what are you going to do if it does keep the old errors?

On Facebook they said "No". So the Almanac is already out of date.

Probably because of production timelines. I imagine the book had to be finalized first. I'm okay with the stadium rules not being in there, as it's a unique set of rules for a product that might not always be used. I'll have the rules handy from buying the boards. Now if I hadn't bought the Elf pitch, I would probably lament not having the frozen pitch rules as I imagine you could apply those to the Blood in the Snow board as well.
