Probably Spanish team will be formed by 9 players, how much does it cost for team registration?

Just register the 9th person as a guest, and enter notes about him being the ninth player on your team.
Is he a reserve or do two coaches share a team?

I just noticed a little line on the website that said payment is due september 1st. We're not going to make that deadline. Will that be a problem?

Well we prefer having you there more than being steep on the date.. Just get it done as soon as possible in september (as I assume you´re waiting to get paid before being able to transfer). But we must have the money the 10th - due to the agreement with the place were staying with.
