I can wear a thong with a pic of you from the monkeybowl if you want

Where are people staying? Ive looked on the PremierInn website and it said they only have double rooms nt twins left, but dont they have a pull out sofa bed in these rooms?

Family rooms have a pull out - Doubles just have the bed.

Yay!

I can make it to the GT after all, bought my ticket on the 16th and it turned up today. looks like they are not selling well this year and still available from the GW site.

For the 3rd year running I'll be brining a team that looks good rather than being super competitive so will probably not manage to better 3/1/2 again. But the main thing is to meet lots of other BB nutters and have some laughs.

I always forget: do we need to bring our own boards and dugouts to this?

Cool. Thanks a bunch for clearing that up. I guess I'll bring stuff but leave it in the car.

Just browsing the NAF site, and it doesn't seem to be listed. Not NAF ranked this year?

Of course it's NAF ranked - GW doesn't ever submit the tourney, so it doesn't show (I think I submitted it one year.. ).

It is listed, I can see it but we had this once before and I think it's something to do with my log in. I log in under my Nephews ac and you are right, I cant see it, so I will ask the techies to look at that.

looking forward to actually making this weekends GT, especially after having to miss a couple of tourneys earlier in year...

attending this one was a close call, as i've just spent all day at Queens Hospital A&E, Burton, with my Mother in Law!
thankfully, despite being in absolute agony when we went in, 5 hours & lots of tests later, she seems better...
one headache less, so i will be there tomorrow.

Dave/Lycos - i'll have my dosh with me to renew my NAF membership.

Had hoped to bring Norse Team, but had 2 sets of Norse Models sent to me from GW Mail Order which spontaneously split in half (dodgy moulds) in the centre. Same thing happened to the Amazon Team i bought at the same time...

Had a back up plan to borrow some Dwarves but that didn't come to fruition so, i'll have to bring my Necromantic Team again and see how things go...

anyhoo, better sort my Team Sheet out!

Possibly improving but, my dice rolls aren't! :O)

Well first, good luck to everyone as I wont be there. With the dates moving forward by several weeks it means it clashes with an even longer term commitment I have before BB. Shame, but I can't do every tournament. (yes, the quips will come quick and fast on that one).

And because they have moved it so far ahead it will be before the new dice come out which is a shame but they cant make them any quicker. We will get them same time as normal (mid may) but attempts on our (the NAF) part to get them earlier met with ... er, well they are coming same time as normal.

I will say, new sign ups should take advantage of the red dice and Geggster and Pippy are all organised for that. You can renew at the weekend with them as well and we will post them on afterwards. The ETA is 13/14 May, which is the same as the last few years.
