A couple of the certificates I knocked up:

GalakStarscraper wrote: That was a major design consideration I kept stressing to the playtesters when I was designing Elfball. I really wanted the games to be playable in 75 minutes.
And that was with people not even knowing the rules that well. In the games that I had with Charon and Spiky, the speed of play was a lot higher, and the games were quite tense, possibly as a result?

Looking forward to the next one already, just need to decide what a decent time lag is. My wife is keen to play in the next one, as is my son (though he might need to wait a few years :D ). I should be able to recruit a few more, as there was lots of interest at Waterbowl, but that was only a couple of weeks ago. With more notice and time for practice, I can see the next one having 20.

Well done for both a well run and enjoyable tournament but also for winning. Thanks to Steve for a quick tutorial before everything started.

I liked the card point rule it made you question every move. As in if I don't move my ball carrier I'm gonna get hit and therefore play more defensively which hinders you scoring. Maybe have points for a sack so the defensive team has something to play for.

If I was fourth does that mean I am fourth in Europe? Looking forward to the next one.

Does Elfball need an organisation like the NAF now?

Need to put that on my list of things to do. :D

Mike if you have the results in a NAF type format for each game: Player Name, Race, (Win/Loss/Tie) (not worried about injuries). I'll see what I can do.

I used Score, so will send Tom the file. Still haven't figured out how to export the results to a text file, though.

Wasnt hard, I had no idea what I was doing, lol

Thanks for the great day mike, really appreciated all your hard work, really enjoyed myself, apart from catching that earlier train as about 200 Manure fans got on the train at Wolverhampton and sang for the next hour and a half, most annoying.

Looking forward to the next one already.

I would be interested to see which team was played in that tournament.

Are the stats somewhere?
