Please, please don't let Chaos Dwarf get too schnockered. I don't want to drag his :D "self" to the tourney after drinking for two days.

Then again I might just join him. Bugman's is open 24 hours right?

Yes, the bars do close earlier than in the states but in the UK the bars fill up a lot earlier. Here in Texas things don't pick up intill about ten at night. In the UK the bars start filling up at lunchtime! :D

Yes bars close at 11pm in England in general, although there are lots of places with late licences, but they tend to be disco/pub places, which I assume Bugman's is not! They're meant to be changing the laws to 24hr opening at some stage I think, but that won't be in time to affect us in March. Will also destroy the British tradition of getting as drunk as possible in as short a time as physically possible... Or as mentioned my preferred and altogether more cultured method of just starting by lunchtime...
Was interesting to see on the back of the ticket no canned or glass bottles allowed, but no mention (unless I missed it) of alcohol, so make sure you bring a nice 3 litre plastic bottle of white cider with you. I'll be bringing some, and offering it readily to all my opponents...

I think Travel Inn rooms are actaully all doubles rather than twins.

Is that true about the 50 bucks for a double room ? I calculated this amount per person ... as it is usually here in Germany

You know this for sure ?

Norse: it wouldn't be a problem for me to share a room, even if I'd rather have a twin bedroom than a big bed to share with you, just in order to stop some insane rumours

£25 per night is a price I'd rather pay for the sleeping. I just have to see with my boss if he would allow me to have 2 free days on Friday and monday. Will have to see seriously with him this week.
